Diverse Women In Law Panel Event

We are delighted to announce the Western Sydney University Campus Roadshow event, sponsored by Norton Rose Fulbright and hosted by the WSLSA.

Join us on campus to hear an opening address by Professor Catherine Renshaw, Dean and Discipline Lead of Law at Western Sydney University, followed by an insightful panel discussion  between Nishta Gupta, Smeeti Prasad, and Simran Chawla from Norton Rose Fulbright. The panel will address how to navigate the legal industry, bridge the gap of diverse women’s underrepresentation in the law, and overcome intersectional issues and barriers faced by women in the legal sector. After the panel discussion there will be an opportunity to network with the speakers and other attendees. Refreshments will be provided.

The event is open to all WSU students who identify as diverse women studying law or interested in pursuing a career in law. Allies are welcome and encouraged to attend. The event is free to attend.

Panel starts: 6:00pm
Event ends: 8.00pm

This will be in the Moot Court Building EO, Room G.44 at Parramatta South campus.
